Since March 2022, the company has undergone a business transformation under my leadership. This transformation encompasses the recruitment of high-quality human resources, initiatives in digitization and automation, development and implementation of SOPs aligned with best practices, and a shift in the business model toward Mutual Fund segment. By the grace of Allah SWT, this transformation has resulted in an enhanced level of investor trust, evident in the substantial growth of our clientele base and Assets Under Management (AUMs), that stood at Rs. 21 billion compared to Rs. 14.4 billion at the end of CY2022. The renewed focus on a Shariah-Compliant Business Model has been well-received by the market, as indicated by the remarkable growth of our flagship AWT Islamic Income Fund. Furthermore, the relative performance of our Mutual Funds has shown significant improvement.
